Ramadan Kareem

Alhamdulillah, we are blessed and pleased to announce that we have the necessary arrangements for the blessed month of Ramadan this year.

The first of Ramadan 1447 is 18th February 2026

May Allāh (SWT) accept our fasting, our standing through the night and & all other acts of worship and may He grant us the ability to utilise every precious moment of this Blessed month to engage in that which pleases Him.

Our priority is to safeguard the well-being of our community

Tarawih Prayers

We are grateful to be able to offer the tarawih prayers at the Centre starting after Isha on the evening of 17th February 2027
Brothers can pray Isha and Tarawih prayers on the ground floor and in some rooms on the first floor. Sisters can pray on the first-floor mezzanine and in the rooms to the rear on the first floor.

We will be performing 20 rakaat Tarawih prayers with the aim of completing the Qur’an.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Remember to allow sufficient time to arrive and park considerately without blocking driveways.
  2. Please arrive and depart quietly to avoid disturbing our neighbours, especially late in the evening.

Children

  1. As always, everyone is welcome. However, we ask that our younger visitors under 12 be fully supervised at all times. For sisters who are bringing young children, please use the creche, which also has a nursing room.
  2. Unaccompanied children will be removed to the foyer, and the adult responsible for them will be called to collect them, either properly supervise the children at all times or keep them at home.

Behaviour in the Prayer Halls and Centre

  1. Switch off all mobile phones or set to silent
  2. No food or drink in the prayer halls
  3. No reserving of places in the prayer halls for friends or relatives. First-come, first-served.
  4. Respect and respond to the advice given by the stewards. Help them to help you.
  5. Do not switch fans on or off. Sit away from them if they are an issue.
  6. Do not correct the Imam’s recitation; the other designated huffaz do this
  7. No TALKING in the prayer hall before, during, or after prayers.
  8. Other than an emergency, kindly remain in your place throughout the prayer.
  9. Tarawih prayers are sunnah, so please respect those who choose to do what suits their needs and leave the hall quietly when you finish.
