Boys Youth Club – starting 11 June 2012 – Sign up Now!

 
The MCEC boys youth club is a new workshop designed to offer a great range of activities including sports, recreation, education and personal development for young Muslims. Run by volunteers from the local community, we have set up this club to create a safe and fun environment for our youths to enjoy, relax and make new friends. Our program is aimed for Muslim boys aged between 8 to 17 years old, to provide stimulating activities to help develop skills and promote teamwork, raise moral and ethical levels, and demonstrate being proud to be a Muslim.
 
Each session, Monday between 18.30 and 20.30, will be based around a theme, a verse from the Qur’an or Hadith, where everyone will have the opportunity to express their own views and engage in discussions around the topic. We also include time for sports and time for practical activities such as arts and crafts, creative writing, calligraphy, film and photography. Refreshments and equipment are provided. We ask for just £2 per session, but welcome to accept higher donations to be able us to continue to provide our community with these exciting opportunities inshAllah.
