School Administrator
This is an opportunity to join a well established team running both Saturday and Evening schools and working to continuously improve this service for the community.
This part time role (15 hours per week) is an exciting and challenging one that is critical to the functioning of the Saturday and Evening schools. Both schools are significantly oversubscribed and the role of the Administrator is to be the public face for parents and pupils alike.
The role includes:

  • Supporting, and refining if needed the Administrative procedures of the Saturday and Evening schools
  • Establishing protocols for engaging with the Parents and Pupils as well as leading by example when working with Parents and visitors to the centre
  • Ensuring efficient use of school resources and supporting the management of costs
  • Helping to define timetables and administration of admission and class registers
