Sadaqa Day/Mitzvah Day – 20 November 2011

Mitzvah means ‘a commandment ‘or ‘a good deed’ in Hebrew and Sadaqa means ‘charity’ in Arabic. On this day, thousands of people across the UK will be working together to do a good deed.

We are a creating a team from MCEC(Palmers Green Mosque) and Sha’arei Tsedek North London Reform Synagogue.
We will be asking people to buy a few extra items whilst they’re doing their own shopping which we can then donate straight to the needy.
