The course is designed to give its students solid information on “Marriage” and related issues under this rubric.
The course adopts the classical views that exist in the popular schools of Islamic Law and touches upon the modern practices in various parts of Muslim majority countries, and also how it influences Muslims as a religious minority in non-Muslim majority countries.
The course is composed of ten lectures starting on 10th January 2015.
