  • Creating posters, graphics and promotional content for mosque programmes
  • Supporting live streams, recordings, Khutbah uploads and event media
  • Coordinating volunteers, rotas and administrative records
  • Providing religious support, including leading prayers or delivering Khutbahs when requested

This role would suit someone who can balance practical organisation with sincere care for the community. You will be working closely with staff, volunteers, Imams, Trustees, families and members of the public, so strong communication and trustworthiness are essential.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience working in a mosque, charity or community organisation
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with social media, websites or digital communications
  • A sound understanding of Islamic practices, especially around bereavement and mosque services
  • The ability to support members of the public with patience, compassion and professionalism
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
